Sourcing A Highly Professional Air Compressor Supplier
I have recently returned from a visit to the United States - I am from the United Kingdom. Now I will not bore you with the details of my holiday but what I will share with you is the main thing that I learned from the whole experience and that is that customer service matters. The guys in the United States really know how to make people feel welcome and special. This is some what different to what it can be like here in England as I recently discovered when trying to source air compressors and this leads on to the subject of this article which asks what makes a professional air compressor supplier?
I am employed at a small industrial factory based in the West Midlands and around six months ago I had the mighty task of attempting to obtain a couple of new air compressors and new abac compressors. I had an idea of what was important for example the price, but I also wanted to be treated like a valued customer - perhaps this is some what old school - but again the American's do it so why should I not expect it from the UK?
So yes a good air compressors company should provide an excellent customer service. They should treat me extremely well and take time and care to answer my questions. If they have stated that they are going to phone me back at a certain time then this is exactly what they should do. As an example of something that I always find most impressive is when a person phones me back at the agreed time to tell me that they have not managed to find me the answer but that they are merely keeping me informed of that fact. So they have called me back at the time that they said that they would even though they do not have the required info - extremely impressive!
The price is also of major interest. The variety of prices quoted was quite staggering - especially seen as some of them were basically for the same product. Come on guys do you not want our hard earned cash?
Then we come to the delivery time - now once I have made my decision to purchase I do not want to have to wait too long to receive the goods - five working days is the maximum I am prepared to wait. A very good company from this field will offer an even speedier turnaround time than this.
